CB, China is a major holder of US debt but I think they would prefer continued access to our markets and the White House rather than hurt the bond market. While i don't know the technical aspects of the Loral technology transfer i do know enough that satellites can have military and commercial uses so the sale of this technology outrages me. China is better off with the status quo with the corrupt and inept Clinton administration. IMO Dow decline will go well beyond 50% . Mike
