PRMC, shares OS: 7mil, Float:3mil

I called company, Mr. Irving Pfeffer (Chairman) returned my call (415-398-4242). He said outstanding shares are 7mil and the float is about 3mil. They acquired the technology and are doing their R&D and may apply for a patent. I will quote him ... "that is all there is to say."
