I would like to publicly apologize for ruining robert hesimans thread by "running" it for awhile. A gross example of misuse of force. I mean this.
Many companies are represented here by threads similar to "The Thread That Runs" and those companies are treated fairly by SI posters. "The Thread That Runs" is unusual, as Josef noted, but not the screaming hype job of an ABFG or of AZNT : SI's Stupidest Thread.
It wasn't fair, but it was funny. Credit to jhild and Razorbak for the fun.
Many readers are probably wondering why I continued to "run" the thread after the joke was over. I did that so that I could make this post.

"The Thread That Runs" is not being "run" by any longer. I would also like to add that it is not fair to pick on innocuous little companies, even poor ones. This message may be construed.
