MMIC UPDATE:
I just spoke with the president of MMIC. While the closing was scheduled for this week, due to "scheduling conflicts," it will not happen this week. It will "most likely" happen next week. The current shares outstanding is just under 40 million, with approximately 10 million in the float. The acquisition is via exchange of shares, to the tune of 12 million, which will bring the shares outstanding to right at 50 million. The auction site is scheduled to be launched 6-8 weeks after the deal is consummated.
Hope this helps.
