ed - You caught my point exactly. There is no need for MSD to misrepresent anything, but rather to change the way people think about what is currently happening through articulation of a vision. After all, it was this simple understanding of DELL's current business model which propelled the stock to its current position, not just the string of excellent revenue and earnings statements. People looked at the evidence and the vision and said "yes, I can see why that's happening and why it will keep happening". Now they are starting to say "I can see why that won't keep happening"...
