I am having very odd problems with the charts today

for example, right now, when I ask for a 10 minute chart of compx I only get about 7 or 8 bars - if I ask for 9 minutes I get all of it

Wonder if anyone can help me with a Level II screen question.....

I don't want to show the "time" on the Level II area, just in the times/sales area. But how can I get rid of it?
