Excellent point about the missing ACT analysts on the call. I suspect they are waiting for some sizing of the transaction costs and restructuring charges that will appear in the prospectus, and maybe for the next quarter to see if CMCI really can do it. I estimate
$500,000 of transaction costs for both companies combined and perhaps $1 million of restructuring costs. Note that the new company will not achieve the current ACTM estimates for 1999, before non-recurring charges, possibly another issue for analysts.
