sam, peter,

<<Depends on the model. The key may be to get eyeballs (or ears) to sell ad revs -- like rnwk. Could be huge.>>

I agree. Aside from the "great expectations" on this thread there is a compelling longer term story here. The nature of the DD here is minute to minute "internut" fare but the compelling story is the fundamental change in paradigm for which IDTC is well positioned. The IPO is a great thing IMO as it will increase there coffers for sustaining the momentum they will require to continue to grab share and position. Something they have done reasonably well so far IMO. I sort of see IDTC in a similar vein as Dragon BTW.

A lot of conjecture today as to why the stock isn't zooming on the announcement. (Some folks, I imagine, are rushing to reverse the orders they placed with their BMW dealers this a.m.) I don't suppose it has anything to do with the IPO targeted at 10 and the base telephony biz valued at 20? Both numbers are in the press. As long as the market can stay out of Fed woes , etc etc, this stock is worth owning for a longer term IMO. The story here isn't the IPO at all, it is what follows.
Best,
Stitch
