SpectraFAX Announces New Internet Products for ifaxmail.com; Introducing
Toll Free Fax Numbers and E-Mail to Fax

NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1999--Keeping in touch just got
a little easier with two new products offered by ifaxmail.com. By registering
at the www.ifaxmail.com web site a subscriber can obtain a toll free fax
number. Faxes sent to that toll free number will be delivered to the
customer's existing e-mail inbox. To accommodate the anticipated demand
for different levels of usage, the pricing has four tiers starting at only $3.95 a
month.

"We are aware of other companies who offer similar products," said Thomas
Conwell, CEO of SpectraFAX Corp. (OTC BB:SRFX). "However, the
ifaxmail.com toll free number product has several distinct advantages which
include no upfront contract to sign, no sign up fee and no separate fax viewer
to download. In addition, transmission time is billed in the actual seconds it
takes to transmit the documents. For example, if a fax only takes 48
seconds to transmit, then we charge for 48 seconds and not a complete
minute. This represents significant savings over the competition."

Businesses who have a document that needs to be sent to multiple fax
destinations will appreciate the new E-Mail to Fax product offered by
ifaxmail.com. They simply send the document to ifaxmail.com in the form of
an e-mail message and ifaxmail.com will deliver it to the designated fax
destinations. This is ideal for customers who do not have a fax machine or do
not want to tie up the resources of their PC by faxing to multiple
destinations. There is a three tier pricing plan for E-Mail to Fax, which begins
as low as 13 cents a minute.

"As a result of the high demand for ifaxmail.com, we are anticipating an
increase in revenue and earnings for fiscal year 1999," added Conwell. "Early
indications have shown us that these products are fulfilling a need for low
cost means of instant communication through the Internet."

For more information or to take advantage of the ifaxmail.com products,
customers can log on to the web site at www.ifaxmail.com.

SpectraFAX Corp. has set up ifaxmail.com as a separate, wholly owned
subsidiary headquartered in Naples. ifaxmail.com will utilize Fax Liaison(tm),
the turnkey fax server, built and designed by SpectraFAX Corp. to process all
of the communications traffic.
