Value,

Couldn't agree. I believe we have a clean SEC like we have a clean Politics here. In fact, Government is always right.

If anyone might argue why SEC wait until MAY,1999 to suspend DCTC trading without warning when DCI TELECOMMUNICATION INC. submitted its ITEL merge material as early in Nov,1998 with its "APPARENT inflation of revenues by accounting for one or more business combinations as a POOLING of INTERESTS", there is no doubt that it's a pure coincidence.

I have strong confidence on our Democratic and Justice system. If DCI does nothing wrong and if everything the company said is true, then we will all be OK at last.

WM

Nah, I'm really a "grey" $^)

Seriously, although the conspiracy theories are amusing, the whining and complaining gets a bit old.

Truth is, I don't have a position in DCTC currently, although I've been following it for some time now. If the management is on the up&up, then this SEC move will not hurt the company or the stock in the long run. I think the company's PR spoke well to the situation. If it's an accurate assessment of the situation, then a price dip upon resumption of trading will represent a real buying opp. I am prepared to act if everything holds up and DCTC's future is still bullish when all is said and done.

Ultimately, the company's fundamentals and management's integrity will win out. That's why I have little patience and only moderate bemusement reserved for those who are always ready to howl "Conspiracy!" and "MM manipulations!" and "Dastardly and shady moves by the shorters!" It gets old on these boards...
