Wave is in the best shape they have ever been in! Although watching our share price go from the 20's to teens is no fun, the company is still very much on track. Our only setback has been the length of time for Nasdaq relisting. I am very comfortable that is going to happen.

There is a lot going for Wave that we know about, and I believe there is a lot more behind the scenes that we don't know yet. There are a number of reasons to consider Wave as a long term investment.

1) Read all the recent press releases.
2) Wave's employment page. They are ramping up for MASS deployment as stated in their job descriptions.
3) They just hired Alan Chaplain. His rolodex has every contact in the
entertainment and educational software market. Can other additional high caliber management be far behind?
4) AOL investment in Wave. I am convinced that there are a few other high profile entities besides AOL that have invested in Wave. I don't believe the run from $5 to mid $20 was all retail.
5) Wave speaks with analysts on a regular basis. Once we are relisted, there is a good possibility that analyst coverage will not be too far behind.
6) Wave deploys in a few weeks with Hauphauge.
7) inTellicast!! Wave has all the major networks interested.
8) Peter said they were going to try and create an IPO atmosphere upon relisting.

Long and loving it.
