All; As I see it we are way undervalued based on a quick look at the numbers (I believe I've been conservative on each step of the calculations). This only includes the 1st phase of the Brazil deal (Does not include the full $600 million, Panama, or other projects). $80 M X 20% profit = $16M (the 20% is a guess based on the low labor cost in these areas & their partnership taking some $) Say it takes 10 years to harvest all of this submerged timber, that's $1.6M / year on average. This does not take into account any other project & the fact that lumber prices will be increasing over the next 10 years (supply & demand). Say there is some type of ramp up starting at $1M & ending near $2.2M. $1,000,000 divided by approx. 20M shares then multiplied by a PE of only 10 We're now at $0.50 / share not including any other project, being conservative with every number I've used etc. Can AQCI actually make this happen? Based on what we've been told by Gary he has followed through with every word so my guess is YES! If anyone cares to come up with your own value based on a reasonable analysis please do. Go AQCI
