Do you really believe that Mike Burke is a chicken and so broke that he can not take on your extremely challenging $1 bet?
Options are speculative and you don't play them? You profile says otherwise. Or is it only put options are labeled speculative.
Credibility? Wow!! You are really talking big.

BGR, You've got it. That huge dollar bet scared me. <g> I am not backing off from my prediction. In my thinking, I really think they go to negative growth, but 20% will be enough to get this dog with fleas down where I need it to go to join my top twenty puts list.

Dell is not speculative? Wake up and smell the Postum. <g>

I don't like many stocks here, and the ones I do like are certainly speculative, like Dell. The big money will be made on the short/long put side of this bubble. Stocks and options are inherently speculative, as are corporate bonds. Making them less speculative requires money management skills as well as stock picking or bond picking skills.
