Nation's Largest Privately Held Staffing Firm Chooses Dell Express Personnel Services Standardizes on Dell Computers Sig: You mean this? and why are you talking to yourself?<g> ROUND ROCK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 1999--Dell Computer Corporation (Nasdaq:DELL - news) announced today that Express Personnel Services, the nation's largest privately held professional staffing company, has chosen Dell as its standard for server, storage, workstation, desktop and notebook computer equipment. The contract is worth up to $12 million over three years. Under the agreement, Dell will factory-install software for use by Express Personnel Services' 400 franchisee offices in the United States and Canada through its DellPlus program. Dell PowerEdge® servers, PowerVault(tm) storage systems, Dell Precision(tm) WorkStations, OptiPlex® desktop PCs and Latitude® notebook PCs will be deployed throughout Express Personnel Services to support operations ranging from Web site hosting to payroll management. ''Dell has provided us with a turnkey solution, from ordering to managing the internal rollout,'' said Jim Elliott, chief information officer for Express Personnel Services. ''Their ability to pre-load our software images on the equipment was crucial for us.''
