Carl, I know they have been doing due diligence on many companies including manufacturers, however it is still speculation on what they might acquire. I will likely be talking to AMCX today and will see
if any more news is on the way.

Carl ,MF it looks like we will have to wait a while for news on the plans for Flint.
It will also depend on other acquisitions, I expect there will likely be consolidation of manufacturing and distribution in this new facility as assets are acquired.
