I also have account for long time, yet, they have not notified me of any IPOs. I called them and was told that just mail your question about IPO, we will not give any info on phone. When I mailed my question that why I am not being notified of any IPO, I was told that I did not meet criteria for CAIS IPO. They did not say which criteria in particular I did not meet. They also said that this does not mean I will never meet the criteria. What ever that means. So, when they deem you meet the criteria, they will notify you. Strange!
