I am curious as well since there must be more behind that Form144: it is possble that they intend to sell those options which are expiring. When they increased the authorized shares to 400M on 5/13, didn't CMGI also increase the number of shares available for employee stock options?

Jenne - There is insider selling in probably 99% of most internet stocks - If you were sitting on free options, you would be tempted to cash some in as well...its a good thing to watch for
but, I wouldn't let it spook you too much
