oh, and dell sells retail computers (one of which i bought over the internet). again, i would have purchased it directly from the company from their 800#. it was just easier to actually place my order over the net.... catch my drift? this isn't going to solve any great marketing puzzles at mrv. if they have good salespeople and a good product, it will be nothing more than an easy place to order products.
