They still have sales reps that call on Major Accounts and Channel Partners. CSCO uses the Web for direct order entry, tracking, shipping, customer service, technical support, technical training, pricing, quotes, the whole business is "doable" from the net. IMO CSCO has redefined how business do business with their totally web enabled business model. That's why it will take LU so long to catch them. CSCO is installing a 12000 extension web based phone system in CA, and they are going to bring voice into the main data stream. It's the wave of the future, and they are one of the best companies I do business with that actually practice what they preach. JTC
