Just bought into SYB on Toronto. The volume is way above its normal daily average and Midland is doing HUGE buying. They are now up almost 200,000 shares on the day, buying in big chunks, often 10k at a time. Brawley Cathers (house 17) also just came in and is buying big, 30,000 share in the past few minutes. 1/2 million shares crossed on Monday at the low.

Chief,
IMHO the run to 10.70 was an attempt to get the share price up so that Foundation Equity matters could be cleared up under the table without having to result in any disciplinary action by the TSE/OSE.
Apparently Foundation could do this but it would need to keep the share price +10.00 on close for 10 consecutive days.
