LU will benefit, but I hold the stock long-term for their 2000 patents and do not expect massive growth due to telecom growth. My sense is LU is too sluggish still to compete well with the lean and mean networkers, a spill over from the Bell Labs culture.

Good choice,decisive,insightful. I agree...I remember the same scenario w/ IBM 4000 patents...had the op @ $44 didn't take it???????? One of my biggest mistakes ever!!! Besides AOL @ 25!!! I had NOVL @ 21 still have those shares...:-((
