I asked him about the time frame for receiving the cash after the tender is accepted. If it is extended, of course it will be even longer. I'll probably sell shortly. Hate to have the cash where I can't get at it for three or more weeks.

Give'm hell. I wish I hadn't tendered my shares early so they would've called me too. This deal may fall through because they won't get enough shares.
