It is difficult to believe that recy could be so stupid as to think that it would be an exception to the sec filing requirements. Any sensible corporate counsel should have advised them of the consequences. Perhaps they were in such poor financial shape that the filings would have had devastating effects and they perhaps chose to gamble big time that scrap prices would rebound and recy would still look rosy to the investment community within this little extension.

This is all guessing, but I think the effect of all this will be severe downgrading of recy, both management and the company as a whole. Keeping the financials from the investment community can never be viewed positively in this arena. Finally I think the 10-Q would have revealed much more about recy than recy would want us to know or what has been represented on this thread.
