Here's what I know about EATC. Looks there's almost no stock out there. Ask has been rising on 100 share buys. Also has an Internet twist to it, since they're also an ISP.techstocks.com I'd previously talked to the deal maker involved in the reverse-merger, and he indicated that in effect, they will become their own private phone company. They're providing call routing services to REMAX and Coldwell Bankers. They're also an ISP and Phone/computer/communications integrator. I've got calls into them now.
