Been watching NCLS consolidate... just bought today at 4 1/2. DD I have been working on for a couple of weeks:NCLS came about through a reverse merger with American General Ventures. Nucleus is a Convergent Solution Provider (''CSP''), leveraging the Internet as the platform to deliver information technology and communications. Nucleus by itself is mainly a Telecom company... this includes providing internet access. The merger with AGV now gives them the "hardware" if you will, to provide computer/telecom packages. In other words: You have a Telecom company that has merged with a computer component/PC building company. Nucleus biz plan is to provide all-in-one packages of computer/PC/telecom; a combination. The ultimate goal is to become a nationally branded solution provider. Nucleus is going to grow primarily through acquisitions of other companies. I am told by Ted Hartley at Nucleus that a number of news releases are in the offing regarding acquisitions and financing.
