I believe we can safely say both firms are doing their best. I know as a fact errors occur on the part of a retailer. It happens in my stores at times:-((( It can be caused by management or employees that improperly did their jobs. As size increases, the percentage of errors can remain the same but the absolute numbers increase. I would not go out on a limb and state AMZN is better than BKS or vice versa. We know BKS is carrying more inventory but AMZN will ship overnight at their loss to make sure the customer is happy. It is impossible to get millions of sames handled without errors. I know that for sure.
