I saw a guy from AIM funds on Investors Online (CDN TV show on Saturday @1pm EST). He said the strategy employed by most of these internet smallcaps is to: i) create some excitement about their product/service; ii) get the stock price up ; iii) raise capital at the higher stock price to shore up the balance sheet; iv) worry about revenue and profitability later. So now is a logical time for CY to raise capital, as they will need it to build the infrastructure in Toronto and elsewhere.

Sorry John, I'm not a shorter - never have nor ever intend to open a short account. Just a personal thing - I know you can make money at it (law of gravity) - just don't believe in it. By the way if I was one though I would have least the guts to politely announce it truthfully and play the short game respectably and declare all shorts. p.s. have you checked the declining short positions on CY lately?
