you got that right. Picture me going to my investment committee and selling them on a company with no revenues, no cash, etc. versus buying Tyco or Sun Microsystems. When liquidity builds up - ie what you own is yours and you can sell it - then a small cap manager will go in for say 50,000 shares knowing he can bail if necessary. I have made Lev aware of this as a money manager. What if I had to sell the 150,000 shares today - to whom ? - you get the picture -and I would wreck the market. And all those cats who were momentum players last fall are long gone to ebay or wherever.
