If I were going to use a NYSE stock to analyze the Nasdaq, I would prefer LU over HWP. HWP is a special situation in that the holders are waiting for the stock to split in two. Second, LU represents more sectors that are impacting the Nasdaq: technology, communications, internet, and communications semiconductor demand. Thirdly, LU's chart can be almost perfectly overlaid upon the NDX chart.

LG: Good call. If we have a big sell off from here, I'll take back what I said. But my feeling is that it found a new tide trading range for a while (NDX 2100 to 2200).
