No the only thing the BHUB news helped was to allow me a good entry point for the bounce on SJIG. My cautionary warning was to those readers who take a longer term focus. I'm relatively new to daytrading myself. Short term, long term, SJIG could be a real fine buy today. No one really knows...

Thanks, Jeff

Been watching NCLS consolidate... just bought today at 4 1/2.
DD I have been working on for a couple of weeks:
NCLS came about through a reverse merger with American General
Ventures. This was completed on 16 Apr.
The news: biz.yahoo.com
Another Acquisition was announced 10 May:
biz.yahoo.com

Here is the 10KSB:
sec.yahoo.com
The 10KSB covers AGV.

Nucleus is a Convergent Solution Provider (''CSP''), leveraging
the Internet as the platform to deliver information technology and
communications.

Nucleus by itself is mainly a Telecom company... this includes
providing internet access. The merger with AGV now gives
them the "hardware" if you will, to provide computer/telecom packages.
In other words: You have a Telecom company that has merged with a
computer component/PC building company.

Nucleus biz plan is to provide all-in-one packages of
computer/PC/telecom; a combination. The ultimate goal is to become
a nationally branded solution provider.
Nucleus is going to grow primarily through acquisitions of other
companies.

I am told by Ted Hartley at Nucleus that a number of news releases
are in the offing regarding acquisitions and financing.
It is also their desire (obviously... they all say that)to get
listed on NASDAQ small cap as soon as possible.

Contact: Ted Hartley at Nucleus... 312-683-9000

O/S: 6.5M
Float: 300K !!!

NOT A REC TO BUY...PLEASE DO YOUR OWN DD.

Tom
