john, I will make this short. Scam = "a fraudulent business scheme, swindle" from American Heritage Dictionary. You are treading on very thin ice, very thin. I do not know if you have the insight to realize this. If you have the facts to back this up, let it be known. I can tell you one thing though.......I will do, take steps, act upon, take action, to protect my investment. i.e. I will put my money where my mouth is. I am not the the holder of any 144 stock (this I have said before). There are thousands of scams out there, why you continue to bash a stock that you own? (and I presume also a stock that friends of yours own, is beyond me). I hope the message is clear. Probart
