It looks like THQ may no longer be the Game Boy publisher for Disney (after Toy Story 2):

From GameInformer:

Disney and Ubi Soft Join Forces

05.18.99
Disney Interactive and Ubi Soft Entertainment announced an agreement for the
development, production, and distribution of several titles based on Disney
characters. Foremost among these will be Donald Duck. Ubi Soft will
produce Disney games for several platforms, including Game Boy Color,
PlayStation, and Nintendo 64. The titles are scheduled for release beginning
in 2000.

Ubi Soft CEO Yves Guillemot said, "Ubi Soft is pleased with this new
relationship with Disney Interactive, and looks forward to delivering titles that
capture the emotions, charisma, and personality of each Disney character."
