dan conway, Amd will not make a profit untill Amd hits more than 30% market share. This is my personal opinion. meanwhile I still love AMd. Intelolpers need not respond. k6-3's systems showing up at Frey's selling for $1,099. fully loaded. vs the pentiumiii550 for $3,000.
Compaq notebook sporting the k-6 2 380 is a hot commodity and selling like hotcakes. Look for Sony to begin offering AMD based systems shortly as AMd takes another bite out of Intel. That is all for now. In case fellow AMders are querious about my absence I have been quiet for a specific reason. I have been bound by non disclosure agreements on several financing transactions I have been involved in. If and when I can I'll let you in on the companies before they go public so you can all make a bundle and then afford to buy intel shares. Here is what I can share with you, by way of my Russian Intelligence contacts working Silicon Vally. By the way Intel is not letting the street know that Merced is bogged down and will be very late to market. Plan on Merced being at least six months late Remember where you heard it first. This may benifit AMd with K-7. Buy the way Dell is looking closly at K-7. From the Nus News desk Home of financial K-9 tm underdogs. 6,2, and even, over and out!
