I got a call as well - told them I was not voting in favor of all of management recommendations, they said that answered the question they had and hung up. I really should have asked more info, but didn't get the chance. I am against a few of the things - I don't think genzyme needs yet another tracking stock, for one. Why bother? Other than that, I don't believe that management deserves many more options given the poor stock performance. While some might argue this would give them more incentive to get the stock up, how about they earn the current ones first?
