Don, Someone did raise the issue of a takeover. Response was that this was up to the shareholders, not management. This is a principled position seeing that most "shareholder protection" provisions are really "management protection" provisions. So if some big bad pharma offered $120 a share tomorrow, it would basically depend on whether SEPR's institutional investors share our faith in SEPR's long-term potential or not. I have no idea if Maris was there or if he asked questions. Nobody gave their name (not like a CC) and so unless you know what people look like they remain anonymous. Peter
