Not sure about funding -- I'll e-mail Robert Nicora and see what he says. He had clearly stated though that they would not issue a press release until it was "secured." (It would certainly seem long overdue, although really the 30-day prediction was publicized by the Fledgling writer, not Dr. Nicora). I would imagine that things must be moving along as planned considering the new NOS corporate venture and negotiations for partner in S. Korea.
