I LOST over $4,000 today because of inaccurate information provided to me by NDB regarding my available balances. I then had a margin call which required sales of securities (at a LOSS) that I JUST bought on Friday. I have called NDB at least 5 times today with NO HOPE at a resolution. Attached is my last FAX to NDB. Any suggestions on legal remedies? TIA and later, leroyt Here's what I FAX'd to NDB: I have sent the following information to NDB today. I have gotten MORE AND MORE frustrated with their lack of service and arrogance. later, leroyt Dear NDB, Due to inacccuracies in your online information regarding available cash and margin balanes, I have incurred losses of $4,054 as listed on the following page. This resulted from sales I was required to make from a margin call received today. The information contained on my online account on Friday (AND TODAY) is NOT accurate. Subsequent accoutings of my account are provided and I was told on the phone today that information regarding available cash and margin available, etc. is NOT accurate. Despite numerous calls I have made today, not ONE person apologized for the inaccuracies of the information provided online. IN FACT, every person I spoke to generally considered me as WRONG and not knowledgeable. I make 20-50 trades per week and I would have thought my problems would have warranted some greater attention. Please tell me what remedies will be used to correct this information. I will be posting this information on the INTERNET (Silicon Investors) due to the lack of responsiveness of your system. I have recommended your service to others but will no longer UNLESS I receive immediate rectification of these problems. Thank you. Sincerely, ...
