Just when I went hog long, GBLX-USW happened. So I lightened up yesterday.

I don't like this "localization" move because:

1. Redomiciling GBLX in the US destroys the less tangeable advantages offered by a Bermuda company negotiating with foreign regulators vs a US company negotiating with foreign regulators. This will count more when negotiating landings the remaining portions of the globe such as the far and middle east.

2. GBLX competing with current and potential end-customers cannot be beneficial because it will pressure others to build their own global links.

I wish the USW deal never happened. I've kept some shares, but this no longer represents the pure Global Bandwidth play that it was at first.
