CoolMan Inc. today unveiled the pricing structure for the new family-based talking computer destined to redefine the home technology industry. The affordable new Pentium III system will be excitingly priced at $499.95.

An additional $49.95 monthly knowledge service fee agreement (lasting 42 months) includes an ISP, free upgrades, the proprietary knowledge portal, free software, free games, free 24 hour support and much more with each system. The system can also be purchased at $2,999.95 without the 42-month knowledge service fee.

The CoolMan system will consist of a Pentium III 400 MHz, 80 Megabytes of RAM, a 10 Gigabyte hard-drive, DVD player, An on-board video camera, wireless keyboard and mouse, a radio frequency joystick for games, home automation software, X-10 controllers, voice activation Internet cruising software and many more features.

Family members can adjust thermostats and room lighting, and turn security systems off and on, just by speaking to CoolMan. For instance, if you say "CoolMan, dim the lights," the computer makes it happen. Ask CoolMan for weather forecasts, headlines, traffic updates, sports scores, TV listings, stock quotes or dictate and read e-mail and it reads them aloud in a pleasant voice. CoolMan can also check your calendar for appointments, and will send and receive video e-mail.

CoolMan also responds to voice commands given both in person or by cell phone. For example, you can call it from the car and tell it to turn off the sprinklers, open the garage door and turn on the lights before you get home.
