Well, the way they look at it, rules are made to be broken.

Let's take the example of AZNT. A great deal of AZNT stock has been, and still is, owned by a company called Titan Investments, dba Total Concepts. In fact, most of the people who got free or deeply discounted AZNT stock got it from Titan.

As it happens, the CEO of AZNT was once president of Titan. He saw the wisdom of resigning that position in favor of a new titular prez, who is the AZNT sales manager. It's my understanding that the company is actually owned by the CEO's father.

Is Titan listed as a beneficial owner? Nope...
