Joe Copia. I understand , and that looks to be the case, but looks can be decieving. No rumor.

Go to the company web site at www. life1.com and you can read the archive of press releases. They got involved in reg s with a debenture holder who subsequently shorted the stock illegally as they have been accused of splintering the debenture to US based accounts.

Currently, in the United States there is a "landmark" RICO case underway in California which the accused is blamed for shorting an estimated 500 million worth of US based securities amongst 30 companies, which LONE is one of them.

Anyway, the long and short is that when they were brought up on these charges, the company chose not to honor their conversion into common and the debenture holders filed an involuntary bankruptcy against LifeOne demanding the shares. The involuntary petition has been dismissed in US District court where LifeOne is incorporated in LA.

Joe, some crumbs are stale and soem are fresh. read the thread. This company is solid and it is just a matter of time. Join us if you would like and no problem if you dont.

Kind regards and good luck

ps. Do all the DD you can as you will be even more interested upon so.
