well,since this is a business ... let us understand one thing in dealing with customers,you make a mistake you apologize..you make the same mistake again,you lose a customer...THAT IS BUSINESS.. by the way ,how is your brother james doing..must be hard having to defend him all the time..................... what is going on here is a disgrace ..period...professional companies do not operate like this..TIPS has been trading since the first week of april,and this garbage continues... but keep blaming the fingers on other people...if you have to be somewhere at 9 am and you live 15 minutes away,you do not leave at 5 minutes to and then blame trafic..this guy knows the rules governing the process,this is not his first company and first time in the business...and these are not small errors,not calling someone back,shipping an order short,forgetting to pay a bill one day late are small errors,these are errors that if he was an employee of the company he would be fired......remember what happens in baseball when you swing and miss for the third time.....i say .20 cents...
