OCALA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 1999--ERA West Inc. (OTC BB:ERAW) a provider of Internet access, web design, web development and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), through its various holdings, today announced that Mr. Nicholas Flower, Chairman of ERA West has resigned to pursue other interests.

Making the announcement, Mr. Frank Speight, President & CEO of ERAW, stated: "We understand Mr. Flower's decision to leave, having been with the company since its inception, but Mr. Flower is confident that the company now has a solid management team with a clear vision for the company's growth. He feels he can no longer commit 100% and has decided to move on to other projects. Management now has firm control of the company's management policies and the strategies for the future."

Mr. Flower formed Universal Dynamics in June 1994 to provide long distance telecommunications services in Australia, trading under the name Dynamic Bell. The company has evolved into Dynamic Bell's NetWorld (http://www.dbnw.com.au), a national Internet Service Provider, web design, web development, and web hosting company. The company merged into the publicly traded shell of ERA West in 1997.

OCALA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1999--ERA West Inc. (OTC BB: ERAW) a provider of Internet access, web design, web development and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), through its various holdings, today announced a $2.2 Million round of debt financing from Trafalgar Resources LLC.
The funding will be used for working capital purposes and to make tactical investments into ERA West's existing lines of business.
