CPVD has 150 million shares OS...

If another company is interested in the shell...it WILL do a reverse split.

AT .03 CPVD has a market cap of around 4.5 million dollars - WAY TO HIGH!!!

Now take a stock like MISY with 6.2 million trading at 4 cents.

#1 This stock would not need to do a reverse split

#2 The stock has a loss cary forward

#3 AT .04 the value of the shell is only $248k - MUCH CHEAPER. IF it were to have the market cap of CPVD the stock would be .725 [that is $4,500,000.00 divided by 6.2 million shares for those who dont know how to do the math.]

#4 I have the number of the person who owns the majority of the shares and know that he is looking to find a reverse merger candidate.

EVEN as stock like ASSM which is much higher priced than CPVD - is MUCH cheaper if you do the math.
