I still wonder why someone sells shares for 26.25, when its sure to get 29.25 or 3$ more, or 11.42% more, soon!

Daytraders are flipping this stock. 11% in 1-2 months is too slow for this crowd.

The number of shares neede is in the tender offer.

from Hard Metal? or your broker?

The reason the stock is selling to a discount is because

the tender offer has not yet expired, so there is uncertain

time constraints involved. Although in this case it looks

pretty much like a done deal. Might be time to buy more

if you are so inclined.
