DJ, All I can tell is that the new initiative by DGN (increasing sales force for Clariion) could be an effort to shore up their weaknesses to make the company even more attractive for an acquisition. Hence, someone interested in buying them is picking up their shares now while they are still cheap? All IMHO. Either way, big move today-- Breakout! Regards, QuadK
