TO All
This is a brief recap from the audio link I posted,a person should really take the time to listen to it.
Robert talks about how long it took to develop the software, approx 10 yrs,he talks about the testing process and how it was given the thumbs up by everyone that tested it.He talks about the complete suite of products that they now have and the range of applications including the cell phone market.
Robert is excited about the size of the Email market,When asked about the competition he said there is no competition, the pie is so big that there is plenty of work to go around for everyone. He listed some statistics, last year in the US alone there were 3.4 trillion Emails sent,2.1 billion Emails/day.There is 66 million corporate Email accounts in the US alone and that # will double by the end this year.
Robert talked about the IFS division they have, and how they can go out to clients and actually see what types of products they need rather than just be a company that produces products with the hope of there being a need for them.
Robert talked about the restructuring of the financing and how they were now in control.
Robert Said that Jaws is currently working with software users to integrate Jaws products on their existing software products,This is tremendous for Jaws ,this means that Jaws does not have to go to the end user to sell their software, this means a much smaller sales staff to generate much higher revenues.
When asked about Jaws as an investment,Robert replied how under valued Jaws was,Probably because of the fact they trade on the BB.Robert said typical companies in the industry have Market caps between $250 million and 4$ billion. He said they are highly focused to try and get on the small cap board.Robert said they meet the net tangible asset criteria, they have filed to become fully reporting as well they are working to increase the share price to over $4.He said that management is highly focused because they own a large amount of the company. The company is tightly held and they have a small float.

They went back to the ASP consortium and Robert said how security was such an important issue with the consortium that this is a huge vote of confidence for Jaws to be a founding member and only security company in the consortium.
The host asked Robert about WIMSCO,Robert said that it was a tremendous match for the two companies to get together. It would take Jaws years to learn their way around the Government sector, but now that they have formed the partnership with WIMSCO these doors will be opened very easily.
Robert said Jaws is in a perfect position at a perfect time,we are in a fear sell market when it comes to security.I liken it to the guy that goes out to buy a security system the day after his house is broken into,he can't spend enough money.

This is strictly my interpretation,I have listened to the broadcast 3 times and each time I pick up something new.

Just a side note Jaws traded about 15k shares in after Market trading today,ALL at $2
