NETA closes UP 3 1/8 on 19 mil shares.. I really want to know whats going on.

INSP closes at 53 13/16. Based on how I have it charted out today, it should have finished near 56. It followed the nas all day until the nas turned green and ran into close. At that time INSP tripped and fell on its face. ARGH!!!
