A bit more information to add: Heard that Medinah was waiting on receiving a new CUSIP number from the NASDAQ for Medinah Gold. Reportedly, it was suppose to arrive today. The number will be added to the New Certs and then the mailings will begin to registered shareholders.

I just checked with Waterhouse. They told me that there is a hold on issuing shares in the new company until the problem with the short position can be dealt with. He also said that he thought the SEC might be getting involved.

Surprise, surprise. Again the companies version proves true. Where is Loser of Ontario, FiddleStick and Lola Folana? Kind of getting harder and harder to tow the company line, isn't it????
