Brian, I think john is saying that this is looking more and more like a paper play all the time....

AKA Scam.

He could be right. AND, GE may NEVER get off the pinks...that will really put a crimp in a paper play and the SEC and NASDQ know it.

GE had better show us the BD report...the natives are restless.

"I still haven't seen any proof to back up a SCAM theory."
You also have no proof that there is significant economically producable gold. They have had plenty of time to produce some results but after all this time they still only have Guido's silly report.

< I just wish those with conspiracy theories had some meat to back them up>

Brian, just curious as to which conspiracy theories you mean here.

The only conspiracy theories that I have heard of are:

- the supposed SEC NASD conspiracy against GE and RK et al. Conspiracy or people doing their jobs??

- the supposed conspiracy for SUNR in particular, and others, to steal away Cangalli. Now since SUNR's new Pres and CEO appear to have backed away from Bolivia, this conspiracy is probably dead in the water, although TT still talks "cooperative risk".

Obviously there is not enough proof of a scam for SEC or NASD to delist GE, but there is enough something there to keep them in the slow lane, maybe indefinitely.

Once again, May 22 gave the powers that be the opportunity to pink sheet, BUT what was SEC investigating in the first place?? That is before May 22.

Good trading to all, key word is TRADING, and more power to anyone doing it successfully on any pink sheet stock, I ain't one of them.
